What condition must items be in for return?

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include the original invoice.

Apparel must have original tags attached and must not be worn, washed, or show signs of use (including perfume or odor). Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or product issue, we will cover the return shipping.
