All items marked as Final Sale are strictly non-refundable. This includes any products discounted by 40% or more, as well as all Demo clubs. Once a transaction is successfully processed, orders containing Final Sale items cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if there is a verified issue or defect with the product you received, we will gladly offer an exchange.
