Return & Exchange Policy

At GreenTee Golf Shop, your satisfaction is the most important concern in our minds.

To ensure the standard of our services and the satisfaction of all our customers, the following rules apply to all returns.

1. All returns must be returned within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your package.
2. All returns require the original invoices from your purchase.
3. All returns must have the original packaging, price tags, and related items with the product.
4. Products must be not used/worn.
5. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Reminding:

• Customized golf clubs are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• The final sale products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. (40%off or more are the final sale product)

You can choose to return the products through online or in-store:

Online Return Procedures:

1. Please send an email with your invoice to info@greenteegolfshop.com regarding your return request.
2. After we receive your request, we will notify you of the instructions and the return address.
3. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment once we receive and finish checking the returned products.
4. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment, and the refund will normally be reflected in 2 – 3 business days, depending on the method of payment.

In-Store Procedures:

1. Please come into our store located on 1200 Lougheed Hwy. #102, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6S4 or 950 Homer St, Vancouver, BC V6B 2W7 (Downtown store)
2. Please bring the returning product and the original invoice into our physical store regarding your return or exchange request.
3. Payment will be refunded to the original method of payment once we receive and examine the products.
