Returns & Exchange policy

At GreenTee Golf Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. To maintain the highest standard of service for all our customers, the following terms and conditions apply to all returns and exchanges.

Timeframe for Returns

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your package. Please note that shipping fees will apply for returns and exchanges.

Required Documentation

  • A copy of the original invoice or receipt is required for all returns.
  • Items must be accompanied by their original packaging, price tags, and any related accessories.

Product Condition Requirements

  • Products must be returned in brand-new condition (unused, unworn, and unwashed).
  • Refunds and exchanges for apparel will be strictly declined if the attached "GreenTee Golf Shop Tag" has been removed, tampered with, or altered.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of socks and undergarments are final and ineligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom orders, personalized items, and altered products.
  • Golf club components (e.g., individual shafts) and Demo clubs.
  • Technology and electronics (GPS, Rangefinders, Electric Carts, etc.).
  • Gift cards.

Final Sale & Promotional Policies

  • Final Sale: Any item discounted by 40% or more is considered Final Sale and is non-refundable. Orders containing Final Sale products cannot be canceled or refunded once the transaction is successful. (If you receive a defective product, we will offer an exchange for a replacement).
  • Mega Sales: Products purchased during company-wide events (e.g., Daily Deals, Black Friday) are Final Sale.
  • BOGO Offers: If a regular-priced item from a "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) promotion is returned, the discount applied to the second item is forfeited, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
  • The Crystal Putter: All sales of the Crystal Putter are final. It is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. In the event of a manufacturer defect, we will assist you in facilitating warranty support directly with the supplier.

Return Procedures: Online Orders

  1. Email your return request to cs@greenteegolfshop.com with your original invoice attached.
  2. Await approval, further instructions, and the return shipping address.
  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Return Shipping Fees: A $10 fee applies for a standard return shipping label. For oversized packages (e.g., Golf Bags, Clubs, Shoes), a $30 fee applies. This amount will be automatically deducted from your total refund.

Return Procedures: In-Store

    1. You may visit either of our store locations for returns or exchanges:
         - Coquitlam: 1200 Lougheed Hwy. #102, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6S4
         - Vancouver (Downtown): 950 Homer St, Vancouver, BC V6B 2W7
    2. Please bring the product in its original condition along with the original invoice.
    3. A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at the time of the return.

    Right to Decline GreenTee Golf Shop reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges at our sole discretion.
