The 009M is the next generation of the 009, made with "softer flow" to resolve “look-issues”. It has the same width as the 009, but may appear thinner due to softer, beveled edges that as Scotty Cameron says, create a “softer flow”. The 009 Series putters are Tour versions (enhanced or modified versions) of the original Newport style.
