Product Condition: All products must beĀ unworn, unused, and in their original packagingĀ to qualify for an exchange.
Required Documentation: Customers must present theĀ gift invoice or original invoiceĀ to process any exchange.
Exchange Options:
Size Exchanges: Customers may exchange for the same item in a different size or different spec.
Product Exchanges: Customers may choose a different product if preferred, as long as the product is of equal or higher value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference will apply.
