2. Product Condition: All products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
3. Required Documentation: Customers must present the gift invoice or original invoice to process any exchange.
4. Exchange Options:
- Size Exchanges: Customers may exchange for the same item in a different size or different spec.
- Product Exchanges: Customers may choose a different product if preferred, as long as the product is of equal or higher value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference will apply.
