Holiday Exchange Policy

 To make holiday shopping easier for our valued customers, we are extending our exchange policy for purchases made between November 1st and December 25th, 2024. The following conditions apply to this extended exchange period:

 

1. Exchange Deadline: Any eligible purchases made within this timeframe can be exchanged until January 10th, 2025.
2. Product Condition: All products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
3. Required Documentation: Customers must present the gift invoice or original invoice to process any exchange.
4. Exchange Options:

• Size Exchanges: Customers may exchange for the same item in a different size or different spec.
• Product Exchanges: Customers may choose a different product if preferred, as long as the product is of equal or higher value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference will apply.

 

This policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that holiday purchases have flexible exchange options for added convenience.
