The exterior includes our iconic Darkness insignia - a skull with the number 26 - which is a nod to PXG Founder & CEO, Bob Parsons' nickname and service with the 26th Marine Corps Regiment in combat during the Vietnam War.

Precision Weighting Technology

The balance of a putter can be fine-tuned by changing the location of the weights. Based on the hosel selected, fine-tuning can alter the overall clubhead weight, as well as influence launch conditions.

High-Density Tungsten Inserts

The introduction of a high-density tungsten insert allowed the CG to be moved farther away from the shaft axis, creating greater face angle stability and higher MOI.

Optimized Pyramid Face Pattern

  Originally introduced in the GEN2 Putter lineup, the pyramid face pattern has been optimized for maximum performance. By reducing the depth of the grooves, center hit velocity is increased. The updated face design also helps ensure consistency in all significant factors that affect roll: initial ball velocity, launch angle, spin rates, skid distance, etc.
